The team at Cragon Automotive were very helpful with setting up appointments and addressing issues with my vehicle. Luigi in particular does fantastic work and is very knowledgeable with diagnosing and repairing vehicles. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

I had a slow leak tire and called in. The service manager Tim walked got me in same day! He walked around the car, had me tell him what was going on and was thorough in making sure he understood the extent of the issue. From initial call to ready to go was less than 2 1/2 hours, even when I was last minute. Shoutout to Ed for patching my tire. First time at this shop and I was very impressed! Pricing was very good at 27 dollars out the door. Especially with the level of service.

Highly recommend! Best price on tires you will find. Have used them for tires on both of our vehicles and the price cannot be beat. Also had a great experience getting brakes done. Service is exceptional; Tim has always been so helpful and the work always completed without issue. Trustworthy, transparent, and genuine.

Always great people took my car up here years ago for a alignment. This time I had to get brakes. And my dealership was charging 200$ more than what cragon was charging. Timmy was great they even found my ac was disconnected and that's why I had no AC. Will absolutely be back

Got 4 tires mounted and balanced, and an alignment done. Drives stright as an arrow and no vibrations, good price and they got me in and out quick plus very nice to do business with. Overall great experience I will be going to them again in future.

I have been using Cragon Automotive for the past few years and they are awesome at all the work they do and always in a timely fashion. But today, makes them a winner as I called when I was leaving Florida and had a problem with my engine light on because of overheating the engine. It was Saturday morning and my call was answered and with the advice I was given, I was able to take care of the matter and get back on the road within an hour! Cragon for the win!

I had my oil and air filter changed at Cragon. I was very pleased with their service, and with the relaxed atmosphere while I waited for the car. Tim was also pleasure to talk with.
